A few odds and ends

I can't make any attempt to call this bringing my blog up-to-date.  Not only does it not include my most recent cards but it also only has a very small selection of the ones I have received since I last posted here.  But it is an attempt to let you know I am still around....

3084 - From Hanka in the Czech Republic.

3092 - From Tina, Oskar and Madz in Canada.

Horseshoe Canyon in Alberta.  Prehistoric wind, water and ice carved this miniature version of the Grand Canyon out of the Alberta prairies, offering visitors a picturesque view of the Badlands, and 70 million years of geological history.

4009 - Another card from Tina

The artist was Lawson Wood and he gave the original to Dr Barnado's Homes for Children.

4010 - Tina again -

4057 - From Heleena in The Netherlands.

The Nuthatch was my mother's favourite bird and is also one of mine.  When we had a caravan nuthatches were regular visitors to the bird table on our window ledge.

4059 - From Jamie in the USA.

I saw on Jamie's Facebook page that she had visited Multnomah Falls, Oregon, and commented how great they looked.  I was therefore doubly delighted when I found she had sent me a card from there!

4060, 4061 and 4062 - From Irina in Bulgaria.

When Irina visited Rhodopes a couple of years ago there was a bear warning in progress - no wonder the local shepherds used to go around well armed.

4065 - Sini from Finland often sends me cards from postcrossing meet-ups that she attends so this Inge Look card was signed by a ten people at the Tuusulanjärvi meet-up in June this year.

That's all for now...
